These minutes from the third meeting of the planners, which took place November 12, 1906, shows how quickly they got to work and how soon they were thinking about promoting the Plan. The agenda items include, in addition to meeting with the various park boards, establishing a schedule, calculating subscriptions and expenses, and setting aside money to fund an ambitious effort to get public support for their recommendations.
